1、进到Win10系统桌面上，右键此电脑，选择管理。
2、在服务项目和应用程序下的服务寻找Problem Repots and Solutions Control Panel Support。
3、右键选择终止。
4、随后再寻找Windows Error Reporting Service。
5、右键选择终止，以后重启计算机就可以。
